CAPTAIN MARVIN LANDERS - BAY FISHING -
ROCKPORT, TX!

Marvin has had
a passion for fishing ever since he held his first cane
pole at the tender age of six. Since that first encounter with perch, his
passion for fishing has lead him from redfish rich bays of Texas, to blue
marlin found in the blue waters of exotic locations.
In the late sixties, saltwater
fishing became somewhat of an obsession after hiring guides for bay
fishing and offshore trips. In order to feed his desire, he purchased a
boat large enough to handle the blue water.
Meanwhile Marvin worked as a
printer and having a passion for work equal to his passion for fishing he
was able to advance quickly through the managerial ranks which enabled him
to take an early retirement and move to Rockport in 1994.
Today, Marvin holds a
25 ton Master' license from the U.S. Coast Guard. He enjoys sharing with
others the thrill and excitement of fishing that a lifetime of experience
has afforded.
